I am very familiar with this product...We had the Magic IV previously with the exact same features...
It lasted us for 9 years in which we fulled timed for several of those years. But it was much more solidly made...
I only gave it 4 stars because this one has much thinner "plastic" body which concerns us but we won't know for sure until time passes how it will hold up...
This installed relatively easily except for the alignment of the flange...Either original building construction or the new Magic V
but we were able to adapt to it accodingly...
