This is a great toilet for replacing our previous unit. It was packaged well and arrived safely. The dealer wanted an hour labor to install it ($165 p/hr). It took me about 3 minutes to remove the old toilet, 2 minutes to unbox the new one, 4 minutes to install the new one and about 2 minutes to clean up and take the old stuff to the trash bin. If my math is correct that is 11 minutes total. Dealers are such a rip-off on their labor.
