Well built cradle but hardly worth 130.00. No installation intructions, no screws etc. And then it didn't even come from the dealer but LCI 100 miles away from me. Rv industry isn't what it use to be.

Ordered 2 of the Slide Topper Supports from Lippert to install on my 12ft and 13ft slides.
Both toppers were bowing a little after just 9 months.
I’m hopping to prevent water pooling, I know it’s not the perfect answer but I hope it helps some.
Dyers sent them quick. (note) the mounting screws were not included in the Lippert packaging.

Topper cradle is exactly as described

Installation is easy and mounting holes were exactly the same as the original cradle. Works very well at keeping the topper in place and stopped the banging around in the wind. Old cradle just supported the bottom of the topper. This new cradle encompasses and surrounds the topper and rollers allow the material to unwind and rewind. Paint chipped some while installing which I touched up to prevent rust.

This really does the job for the center of our slide topper. However, it is really expensive and does not need to be as heavy duty. Kind of overkill. Rollers and metal are really strong. Hopefully will not wear out over time.
