Unfortunately it arrived bent pretty badly. After trying to find the best way to return it, I had another look at the box to check if it could be used.Hower after a closer look showed possible inside the box damag.No luck with the shipper taking it back.Dyers was wonderful with service to the customer. They sent me a new one ( at no charge ) wow. Long story short, it has been a pleasure working with them. I recommend them highly. PS ,we are on.an RV. Trip this week and the heater is working great.

During sudden weather events in the south, my water heater sprung a leak. This replacement part not only fit perfectly, but also was quickly available and a fraction of the cost to replace the water heater in full. For any other RV needs I will check out Dyers first!

I was very satisfied with the replacement part. It is not the easiest piece to install but I got it in and it worked perfectly and it is nice to have hot water again!

Yes I received this water head and part of it was sticking out of the box when I received it. I would like to return it but fear I am out of the return date. Unfortunately I don’t get a lot of time to work on things like this.
