Coleman MACH TWO TON Plus™ Central Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump

all aspects of unit are very good except for the support bearings on the shafts of the condenser and evaporator motors. Oil cups are very bad idea seeing you have to remove entire system and remove top to get at them to oil them. I have had to remove the unit twice to do this if not the motors start to have issues when starting due to bearing drying out. A sealed bearing would be a far better idea.

The unit cools good. The first time I tested it on heat it worked fine, the second time, It makes a rattling noise inside the unit. I will have to pull it out again and take it apart to find out what is rattling. It didn't come with any instructions showing how to wire it. The new unit control board doesn't have the same connections. I don't know what to do with the two extra wires. It works except for the low speed fan. It came with sheet metal protecting the outside coil. When I removed the sheet metal protection, there were two screws smashed into the coil fins. I couldn't see any damage to the coil tubing so, I'm hoping it will be ok. There were three screws missing from the cabinet. The bottom of the electrical door was supposed to be on the outside of the cabinet. It was on the inside. That made it very hard to remove the door. I had to bend the bottom of the cabinet to get it out and install it right. I'm not looking forward to removing the unit again to fix the rattle inside. It only does it when it's on heat. hated to spend this much money ,but needed it , very happy with the ac unit and it was easy to install and works great , thanks for all your help
