The circular disc which has 3 engagement bumps in it to engage with the tube is flimsy. They were all broken in 2 of my window awnings. That is all that was wrong, You can;t buy the part seperate. So it cost over a $100.00 to replace 2 $2.00 parts. Otherwise they work ok when new
