I am concerned about the long term durability of this "plastic" part. It is, after all, installed on the roof, in the elements (especially the sun) and I fear early failure.

The part is, however, exactly as advertised and is most likely going to serve the purpose. I have no complaint.

My roof vent screw holes measured 41/2x22 and this one measured 41/2x23 figuring this was a misprint I bought it anyway and I was right it fit perfectly. Well made and better then the original.
