For a substantial item it arrived very quickly, within 3 days of the order. It arrived in pristine condition and so far (2 weeks after installation) works perfectly. The heater it replaced was also an Atwood 10-gal gas/electric and lasted 14 years, 7 of which with us full-time in our RV.
