A friend bought one and installed the blind upside down to afford privacy and still be able to look outside. My wife loved it so I finally caved to my wife's habitual asking if I had ordered one yet. It's easy to install but another set of hands helps to steady the door and hold the glass to the outside of the window opening during installation.

This is one unit so it was very easy to install with ONE exception. The shade did NOT snap into the top and bottom of the frame. Others had commented that they had to tape it down. We tried that but still kept slipping down. Finally, I held the top part of the frame down while hubby did the top screws and did the same with the bottom. They definitely need to work on the shade but we love being able to see outside.

I received the window in excellent time and the install was pretty easy. It is great to be able to look out my window and the blackout curtain works for the morning sun. Don't know why they don'y do this from the factory.
