It appears that the original part number 61705222 is no longer available. The recommended replacement for it is 621597. In situations like this, there are typically two possibilities:
Your current setup may have been modified from the OEM specification at some point in the past. If that's the case, the original part—or its replacement—may no longer fit or function correctly without adjustment.
The replacement part may require some modification for proper installation. This does happen occasionally when a direct OEM part is discontinued, though such instances are usually noted by the manufacturer. However, in this case, I don’t see any official note indicating that modifications are necessary.
The Dometic L-200 vent cover (with imprint number 2890669 and 5 panels) has unfortunately been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
There is no replacement unfortunately.
It is thermoformed translucent white plastic. You wont be able to see through, buts its translucent so light will pass through. You will need to measure you old outside dome, or at least the cut out on the roof, then find one that is larger then the cutout so that can properly screw and caulk it.
