I ordered this to replace a ventline fan unit that was anemic. Will not work for a ventline that has the vent lift on the side instead of in the middle. I am going to install it on my other vent which has the lift in the middle and run the wiring to it. It is obviously not a universal repacement for all Ventlines.

Dyer's was exceptional to deal with and on time. The Vortex fan product was easy to install with "just a bit more" than a phillips screwdriver. The cost of the Vortex unit was just slightly more than a replacement of the12 volt fan motor which had failed. Air movement by this unit is phenomenal!
