The service is good, the product was as described, shipping was delivered as stated. The only thing that stops is from five stars is the price for a little 2” x 3” plastic charcoal filter. I find the cost in shipping combines are extremely high comparable to the price of anywhere else, but that doesn’t stop it from being way too high.

It was easy to change out and is a good idea to replace it if you have strong-smelling foods in the fridge over extended periods of time. Our charcoal filter was six months old so we chose to change it when we saw there was a replacement available at Dyers RV.
