I used a pair of these valves instead of 3 separate valves for my hot water heater bypass system. So much easier and 1 less valve to deal with. These work very well in cramped RV spaces where you cannot get the traditional PEX crimping plier to the fitting. I did use a pair of regular pliers to snug down the nuts (just enough to firmly make the connection).

I used this valve to divert the pump intake for winterizing. I connected the valve in the line between the pump and the water tank. With a short tube connected to the alternate valve choice, I can run antifreeze through the whole system using the main pump. This was the correct valve for this use and it works correctly.
