Manufacture will not stand behind 7100 series

This is 2nd unit I've had to replace in last 24 months. So, first replacement fried $150 battery by over charging, boiled all sulfate right out of every cell. Total loss to one year old battery. 2nd replacement unit worked for 15 months until it failed. Thought we had good correspondence going with Manufacturer & Warranty Dept, followed all their steps and after several phone conversations and proof of damage not related to end user by suppling above photo showing diode falling off circuit board they still denied coverage. Will never do business with this company again!!! Was it really worth loosing 10 year customer over simple issue of taking care of your poor soldiering department!
