fast delivery, but the return process was lacking.

I've purchased from this company several times and they're always fast and never had an issue with the parts but this time I found the refrigerator was beyond repair so I returned the parts. They mentioned that there may be a restocking fee but nothing specific and then I found a 20% restocking fee on 2 oz shipment that I never even opened. So yeah if you order something from them make sure you need it because you'll pay shipping both ways which is fine but then they charge you significant restocking fee.

I had no working refrigerator for 3 days so we bought lots of ice before getting home. Via YouTube I learned that the thermal fuse is the usual culprit. Quick delivery, easy to install, less than an hour... All is good. Refer is cold, the On and Auto lites working. All is good. Thanks
