Very pleased to find that this shelf arrived in a timely manner and in one piece. Also, happy to find that it was the correct part. Of course, I’m not pleased with the high cost for a somewhat flimsy plastic shelf; but, there are not many alternatives.

Understand that this is not for the replacement part, which came in undamaged. It is more a reflection of the original shelf, which broke during our first major trip. The stars represent the part. If there were another category of stars to rate Dyer RV, then I would give them 5 stars gladly.
Like so many other things, a simple part, which probably cost very little to manufacture, is sold at a high price. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives when one wants a part that will fit and fill the function of the original part, which should not have broken in the first place. I credit Dyer for not charging even higher prices and for having shipping charges that are more reasonable than those of the manufacturer. I will certainly look to Dyer again when I need parts for my R-Pod's equipment.
