After receiving the Piezo Igniter I verified that it functions and creates a spark by testing it on my fingers. The unit I ordered/received will be a backup for the original one that is currently installed in my Dometic refrigerator. I cannot verify it is an exact replacement at this time but the portion that I can see on my refrigerator matches this part and it also has the same feeling when pressing it that the original has.
