Without part number from my damaged awning arm I was unable to find a replacement. Contacted awning manufacturer but even with a 2018 model year unit they said they could not provide this part without exact part number, their staff expressed no willingness to help me get the part even with other part numbers I gave them from the same awning. Dyers was only site I found that provided complete description of this part along with exact measurements of part dimensions allowing me to order the right part the first time! Thanks Dyers.

It will not fit my 2015 rockwood, I was told that it would fit the domestic 9100 series awning. After dyers did some research they said I had to order the right one from dometic. I was not offered a refund.
