Ours came installed in our new RV. After RV came out of winter storage, we got 2 loads and the unit faulted with control board failure. We were barely out of warranty, but Mfg said too bad, we must have had bad power at the RV park. $400 later, we left the unit unplugged until needed. Next year, again after coming out of winter storage, plugged it back in to do some loads. Again, control board fault. This time, quote for control board and installation were almost $600. Again, mfg said nothing wrong with the board, we must have bad power. Strange that my computer, flat panel TV, and the dryer's control board didn't seem to have any problem. Unfortunately, unit now resides in a landfill. Bad product, bad support for clearly faulty product, dishonest mfg for not owning up to their failure. Will never buy anything from this company again, (note the number of reviews with my exact problem).
