Atwood water heater

The item was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, but even that was not enough to prevent a problem. The water heater was just fine, but instead of getting the proper white access door, which is included, there was an undersized black door, the right width, but about 3 inches too short, and the latching device was a screw instead of the spring loaded latch. I hated to have Dyers fix this, but they stepped up and had the correct door sent. This heater was a replacement for the same, but leaking and damaged unit, so everything pretty much went together good.
