-Effectively block 99.8% of the sun's damaging UV rays that can fade interior and exterior surfaces
-Keep your recreational vehicle cooler during warm weather by reflection sunlight.
-Provide superior water resistance, while allowing moisture to escape.
-Resist acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap and other forms of environmental pollution to keep your RV clean.
-Holds out more than 98% of dirt and dust particles that can scratch and damage your RV's surface.
Protects your coach from harmful UV rays as well as dirt, dust, rain, pollution, bird droppings and tree debris. High performance polypropylene sides ensure maximum breathability and virtually eliminate mold and mildew. Two layer Tyvek® RV top panel contains microscopic pores that resist water and allow trapped moisture to evaporate from within. Strap and buckle attachments prevent billowing in windy locations and allow for a custom look. Heavy-duty zipper doors for easy access. Reinforced corners resist tears and snags. Includes storage bag and polypropylene ladder cap to reinforce rear panel, reducing cover wear over ladder.
For proper fit, make sure to include bumpers and spare tire when measuring your trailer. You can exclude the hitch and ground clearance. Covers are not intended to cover hitch. Scaled to fit trailers up to 104" Wide and 60" Side Wall Height (excluding ground clearance). Made to accommodate roof-top accessories such as A/C.

This cover has started out on a good note, fits well and has a good system to secure to our trailer. Wind, rain and sun will be the final factor. Our last budget cover lasted less than one season. Hope this cover solves that.

Bought this cover to replace a disappointing ADCO polypropylene cover that just pretty much turned to dust (the top part) after just 2.5 years of Texas sun. It was really irritating as the side panels still looked brand new. Unless you are parking under a carport, dont buy a cover with a polypro top in a sunbelt location! My research seems to indicate that this cover with a Tyvek top portion will fare much better in the sun. It sure looks like it will, as the Tyvek is reflective white and pretty thick-seems much tougher physically than the polypro material. The cover seems well made (as did the other one) and fit my 14' Coachmen pop-up very well. I dont expect the polypro sides on this cover to be a problem as this material seems to hold up very well if it doesnt get direct sun like the top. Overall I like ADCO covers-they are well made and reasonable in price, but you have to get the right one for your climate! I would like to see them (and perhaps the retailers as well) be more direct in their sales literature as to what cover is best for what climate. It is pretty obvious to me now that Polypro is simply not a choice for outdoor storage in a Sunbelt state-period. The item description should state this more clearly.
