Heavy-duty vinyl covers feature a hollow bead welt cord with an elasticized back gives a snug fit and seams reinforced with non-tearable nylon thread.

This cover was tight but that's ok. I only wish it would cover the back of the tire as well. I don't have it for looks but to protect the tire from the sun.
