Used it for the first time this past week and it was great. I just hope the front wheels are big enough to endure the road way as it is pulled by my vehicle from the trailer hitch.

Handle on tank unit broke during first use. One email to Dyers resolved issue the same day. Thetford sent me a brand new unit with updated handle design. Haven't tried it yet but customer service is top notch.

i like this item easy to use and sturdy, dyers helpline was spot on with their information and easy to get a hold of. I would have given 5 stars but i've yet to see how the auto shut off works if you let it over fill it just comes out the top and the storage door is hard to snap closed both small issues but still something i have to deal with, would recommend to a friend
