Furnace Replacement
Review byMike
I ordered my furnace on a Sunday evening. I filled out the information like was setting up a profile and entered the incorrect shipping address. I immediately followed up my order with an email to Dyers. Monday morning I received an email stating the error was corrected and my new furnace shipped Monday afternoon. I received it 2 days later with no expedited shipping!!! I paid $65 for next day shipping from another company and they took 3 days to process the order. I can assure you any of my future RV needs will be fulfilled by Dyers! In this case I was swapping out my Suburban 35k btu with this Suburban 40k btu furnace. It is essentially plug and play...4 wire nuts and a gas connection. The furnace was exactly as specified. The wiring was identical to my old furnace and the propane hookup was in the exact same location. I removed and reinstalled my old furnace several times trying to fix it, so I already had a little practice..it took me about 30 minutes to install the new one and I had heat rolling! It works great!!! FYI be certain to turn ALL thermostats to the OFF position before touching the wiring. I had my 35k fixed until I arced a wire and fried the control board. I'll put a new board in it so I'll have a spare furnace.

New Furnace
Review byHow2John
The swop of this furnace for my old 14 year old furnace was simple.
the Propane line and 4 wires. I left the case in the RV as the duct work was attached and I saw no benefit to changing it.
Project took 2 hours most of that time trying to figure out which of the 2 blue wires was which.
Furnace runs great, Don't forget to turn the switch on the unit to ON before buttoning up the Job.
