Fix don't replace

I was able to FIX by taking this switch apart:
1. drill shallow dimples in the melted stubs and snap the cover off.
2. clean the internal contacts really well - the over-center contacts are driven by a piece of bi-metal that bends when heated up (this is the delay). Suspect this strip was not getting enough voltage to actually bend. The clue was that the machine would start late in the day [heat] all by itself. I also slightly bent this strip to encourage it to go over-center.
3. snap the components back together after oiling well to make sure everything is sliding as it should.
