I bought these magnets because I had seen them newer campers to hold outside doors open. Usually they are used in conjunction with slam latches that have magnetic handles. Well, these two magnets stick to each other just fine so I mounted on one the door and the other on the side of the camper, I am now upgraded to magnet door catches. Works great!
