I boughbt these to replaces the ubiquitous CH751 or what ever it is Key lock on my RV. With this particular type of lock, you cannot remove the key without it being in the locked position. This was not made known when I bought it. I had to find out the hard way...when they wertre all installed. Now it is a PITA to deal with this key.
