I had to pay $200 in Norcold Cert Techs visits to convince Norcold that fans were not working. I ended up determining the problem myself.
Poor quality, especially since they cost soooo much!

My Brand new NORCOLD model 1210 refrigerator has not worked right out of the box. NORCOLD CHAT support is terrible.
