Doors don't lock

I love the unit however the doors don't lock. They gave us a small piece of plastic 2" channel to place on the top and hold the 2 doors together. This doesn't work, so we connected Velcro but still nothing. This much for a refrigerator and testing done, let alone listening to customers.
