Again I’m kinda new to the company but the sales team was very helpful with getting me the right product the first time and I actually received it the very next day and it was free shipping. If I was to complain about anything it would have saved me a lot of time if they could have advised me that I was going to need this door kit and a new switch kit since I was updating my old hot water heater and it had been manufactured by a different company so my old door would not work and I wasn’t aware of this until I had installed the hot water heater. It wasn’t that big of a problem I was able to temporarily modify the old door until I received the new updated door kit. I wouldn’t have had any issues however we had planned a camping trip over spring break . Thank you Dyer’s RV parts for getting the parts to me so fast. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs parts for their RV’s
