Poor Packaging and Missing Screws

The steps arrived quickly and the installation was a no brainer. The packaging was terrible and everything in the box fell out when it was delivered. Steps were pretty scratched up and marred and the 8 mounting screws were missing. Aside from packaging this was a great purchase. These steps are much easier on the knees and hips and cut down on the shaking felt inside the camper when someone enters that was felt by the old fold out steps. Very pleased.
