great product. I installed with awning off the camper. Quick safety tip When winding the springs get some one to help hold the awing from spinning. On the front sping assembly the open close latch allows you to wind the spring with out it spinging back. But on the rear. Have a good set of vice grips to rotate. Have a small pin or nail to drop into the set hole when you get to the correct number of winds. If you loose your grip back up and wait for it to unwind itself. Then start over. It will unwimd vilently.
