Similar to the one in RVs

Purchased this product to replace a shorter bar to have my window open wider. The product is similar to the one I had in my RV but longer. The lenght of the hinged (where the rivet is at the end of the bar) was much shorter than the original part, so I had to unfold the aluminium wings where it attaches to the window to increase the lenght of the braket so the hinged part would be inside the RV to make the window snugged when closed. This made this portion of the braket much weaker, so I had to re-inforced it with an aluminium plate. Also. This product can hinge right or left.
