came real fast took it out of box hooked it up on Direct tv audit found the satellite right away,had no problem at all.was real happy with it so far. My dish I have on my motor home dose not do well with Direct tv.and this one I can move around if I park where I need to move dish around and the price was good.

I used the antenna and it works good,must have southern exposure, my only complaint is the 12V cigarette lighter adapter, it fell apart. It was replaced with one phone call, no problem with proof of purchase. When I received the new power cord I noticed the design had been improved, much better! Love it.

I never did get the portable satellite to work. I have a DirecTV R15/300. Winegard told me the two were compatible (on two separate calls to the help line.) I followed the directions, tried 3 times at my camp site, and also at my house. At my house I tried several different options, all to no avail. Trying to get through on the help line is a joke. Always have to leave your name and number, and they'll call you back. My fourth call to the help line has not been answered.
I am to my last resort: it's going back. My second-to-the-last resort was to take a sledge hammer to it. Junk as far as I'm concerned.
