  1. Is Everything on DyersOnline.com in stock?

    Dyer's RV Supplies stocks most items and will ship within 3 business days. The large majority of the orders ship within 1 business day.

  2. How do I find out my order status?

    You can check the order status by clicking the order status link on the website and supplying the required information.

  3. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    You only pay sales tax if you are shipping within the state of Arizona.  Sales tax of 8.35% will be added to your total upon checkout.

  4. When does my credit card get charged?

    When you place an order Dyer's RV Supplies verifies that you have sufficient funds and will place a hold on these funds. Once your order is batched and processed Dyer's RV Supplies charges your credit card and physically tranfers the funds from your account to our account.

  5. How much is shipping?

    You can add the merchandise to the shopping cart and then view the shopping cart. Then click "Get Shipping Rates." *Dyer's free and or flat rate shipping promotion exceptions. (Additional charges will be applied for HI, AK and US territories)*

  6. How will my order ship?

    Your order will ship UPS, FedEx, DHL or United States Postal Service. Dyer's RV Supplies reserves the right to choose the carrier. We choose which carrier will get it to you the quickest and also which is more likely to get your order to you in the best shape.

  7. Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders cannot be changed once placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed. Prior to an order processing you can cancel the order, however cancelled orders are subject to a $10 service charge. See our Return Policy for more information.

  9. What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

    Please inspect all items upon or shortly after the delivery. If you are present at the time of the delivery and an item arrives damaged please refuse the item (do not accept the shipment from the driver) and notify Dyers immediately. If you are not present during the delivery please inspect the items at your earliest opportunity and notify Dyers of any damage. You have 15 days from the delivery date to notify Dyers of products damaged in transit.

  10. Do we offer volume pricing for large orders?

    Generally no, however you can contact us and request a quote. An item won't be considered volume purchasing unless you are purchasing over 20 of that item.

  11. Will my item look exactly like the picture?

    Most of the time, however we cannot guarantee the item will be exactly the same. Use the pictures as a general guideline. We strive to make sure all pictures are accurate, but it is a never ending battle. Manufactures change products constantly and its difficult to always make sure what is dispalyed on the site is exactly what the manufacture shipped us.

  12. Is it safe to order over the internet?

    It is perfectly safe to order over Dyer's RV Supplies website. Dyer's RV Supplies uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption to insure the safety of your information and credit card numbers. Dyer's RV Supplies does not store your credit card information! When you place an order, the information is sent directly to the payment processor over the Secure Socket Layer. It never gets stored on our systems. Hence, sometimes we will have to ask for your credit card information again because of this policy.

  13. Can I order by phone or fax?

    We do not accept fax orders. You can order over the phone via our toll free number listed on the top of the page. We encourage you to use our website though, as it is more convenient for you to be able to place the order any time of day over our website. If you would like to place an order over the internet but just are not confident you can do it, call us over our toll free number and a service representative will be more then happy to walk you through it.   14. How can I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout. You can also send a money order however, this will delay your order. If you wish to send a money order, add the items you wish to purchase to the cart, then print a paper copy of the cart, it will have your total including shipping. Enclose a copy of the cart and include the money order for the total and mail it to

  15. Where do you ship to?

    Anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, US territories need to contact customer service to get a shipping quote.

    International shipping is provided by Bongo.
