This was a perfect replacement, first class fit. Now I can lock the deadbolt from outside as well as inside. Don't forget to tighten the 2 screws all the way when attaching the new door latch plate in order to pull the latch all the way into the door jam. Dyers gives great service and response is quick. And the latch mechanism can be opened to replace the spring.
