Better than the rest, but still leaves desire

I have owned and used this model for over a month. My initial impression was that it was the Cadillac of RV totes! I liked that it was four-wheel so no more lifting up a full 30gal tank to hook onto tow ball and relift it to dump.
But there are a few drawbacks. It comes with a "full meter" which is a foam stick that rises with the fluid level inside. Problem with this contraption was it didn't vent very well, and slowed my fill to a trickle. I fixed it by enlarging the existing holes with a drill, and added five more to the top. Still not full flow but closer than before.
It includes pneumatic tires. I had one of the larger wheels fail. A slit developed in the tread and created pinholes in the inner tube. I combated this problem by replacing with airless wheels in the same size.
I also don't like that the bin has a flat bottom. The dump valve is unable to get all the fluids out because of multiple ridges inside, as well as a lip before the port. I have to tilt the tote toward the valve to get out as much as I can. A sloped base would be a better design.
I have to take a dump hose with me to the dump site, and it would have been helpful if the tote had some sort of pocket or fixture specifically for a dump hose.
With my upgrades I suspect this tote will last longer than my last one, which was only 5 months before the axle failed.

All rv'ers that camp a lot should have one of these portable tanks. It will make their stay a lot more enjoyable knowing they will have extra room for waste water without moving the rv. Would not be without mind now. Makes camping so much easier. Get one you will not regret it.
