I have been trying to work with this microwave convection oven for about 2 weeks and I can't seem to get it to cook biscuits on convection, they are never brown and always gooey I have cooked for 35 minutes and still no luck. I have tried to pop popcorn and the automatic selection for popcorn didn't even pop maybe 10 kernels, I have popped it for up to 3 minutes which doesn't pop but about half the kernels, and anytime longer burns the corn. It arrived in good shape and in good time but just not usable for me.

We purchased this a a replacement for the Microwave in our older motor home.
The controls are easy to understand and operate. This has much more power in all of the functions Micro, Convection and grill.
Service was great, shipping was as promised. The unit was not handled gently buy UPS and was dented in shipment. As it is built into the cabinet and is only cosmetic we did not return it.
It is much faster than its predicessor. I would recommed it highly.

Quality of unit is good. Required modifcation to cabinet to install. Micowave power is OK.

This unit replaced microwave in our RV. Needed to enlarge opening in cabinet, slightly, to properly fit unit with trim kit and to allow enough air flow per instructions. Power of unit is as good as our old unit before it died. Can not make any comments on baking with unit yet, even though this the main reason we replaced our old unit with a Microwave-Convection unit. My wife is very unhappy with the oven in our RV, so I hope this works out, I will keep you posted.

The unit replaced our microwave. Had to provide additional venting. Not quite as powerful as advertised. Baking takes a little longer then recipe booklet proclaims. Has a very dim display. Quality on unit seems very good. for the price, it serves our needs
