The MB Sturgis Type 1 provides a higher rate of flow resulting in a decreased potential for the system to go into bypass mode and therefore shutting down the gas supply to the system.
The MB Sturgis RV Type 1 (Dark Green) includes an internal back check to ensure the system does not allow a back flow gas leak. Provides a higher flow rate to avoid going into by-pass mode, a back check to completly stop any potential back flow leakage and has a heat sensitive thermal shut-off device to shut off the gas in extreme heat situations.

Learning about Pigtails

I am lengthening my pigtails on my trailer propane tanks becasue I am installing propane level gauges. I saw the braided pigtail and ordered it. It has an inverted flare, won't work. Contacted Dyers and they graciously allowed me to return the pigtails and I have now ordered the correct ones and they are on their way. fantastic customer service, as usual. Thank you
