Toilet seat / lid replacement

I purchased a replacement toilet seat from your company a little over a year ago as a result of the original seat lid breaking at the hinge. To my surprise, the new seat broke right at the hinge of the lid (not the seat) a couple of weeks ago. Considering it was a soft close seat and lid, it wasn't slammed shut or the lid which broke wasn't abused in any fashion. As such, I ordered another seat from your company which arrived quickly and was installed. To my surprise, albeit I believe I paid the same price this time as a year ago, (@$160.00+ cdn) it was not the soft close seat and lid as what arrived on my previous order. Other than that, it works as it should.
