This awning arm set was an exact drop in replacement for a set that buggered up in a strong wind. Came with all hardware necessary and connected up to my existing hardware, which saved time and effort.
Packaging leaves a bit to be desired and UPS destroyed a set the first time. Dyers get an A+ on this as they stepped up, sent me a new set and made it right within minutes of finding out the first set was destroyed by UPS.
