We liked the idea of this product so our hitch was still available. But when product was installed on our bumper it does not hold four bicylces (only two) consider bike handles and steering wheel of bikes there is not room for four bikes, and the weight of bikes and the carrier has weight itself, it tore bumper off of camper. Not completely tore off, but was starting to tear bumper away from camper. We now need to have bumper welded back on. This is an easy fix as owner is a welder. But seriously a problem with products weight on bumper, and bumper was securely on camper prior to using this product.
