First latch received was cracked. Called Dyers mid-afternoon, sent in smart phone photo, and much to my surprise, replacement latch was received the next day. Much more prompt than my review. Sorry about that.

The latch for my screen door had broken a few years ago and I have been looking on and off since that time to try to find the exact replacement for that latch. As most of you probably know there are many replacement latches available but if they are not the same you will have to drill new holes to make them work and that was not what I wanted as a repair for my camper so I went without a latch for a number of years. I decided this year to try to get this fixed and decided to look again to see if I could find the exact replacement and when I found this I was quite surprised and very happy. Thank you Dyers for carrying this part, you will be the first place I look the next time I need anything for my camper. I thought the price was high and I will not be sure of the quality of this item until it proves itself to me by lasting a very long time.

The hook latch of this item was exactly what I needed. I even bought a back up latch in case I brake it again. This was for my 1996 Catalina Coachman Motorhome door hook latch. I didn't need both parts but the price was good and it was what I could not find elsewhere....
