We were 2,000 miles from home and our Dometic freezer door hinge broke. Online we found the hinge we needed, called Dyers, requested the part be sent to a UPS store near where we would be. No problem! They sent it out that day and we were able to pick up our part at the UPS location. My husband repaired the ailing freezer door and we were anle to complete our 12,000 mile trip. We were very pleased with the cheerful helpful staff. Very efficient .Thank you so much!

this is the second set of hinges that we ordered. I think the problem is that the screws become loose over time with you and then the hinge becomes susceptible to breakage. We also ordered two of them to have one as a backup.

Dyers price for this part is pretty good considering that some others want more than double. These hinges are not strong (not Dyers fault) so I recommend buying a couple extra as this is a pretty good price ($12.98 each) when I ordered them and shipping was reasonable as well. Since they are so light the extra hinges will probably ship at no additional price than the first one. I was satisfied with Dyers service, but the post office took a full 5 days to deliver them.
