Not as quiet as wanted, but a really noticeable difference.

I was looking for any way to sudue the very loud generator in my 08 Winnebago View. Although this product is not a miracle muffler, it did (does) reduce the noise noticeably. I'm glad that I found this product. It is a very sturdy little resonator and should last a very long time.
To install, I removed the tailpipe from the generator and simply hammered the thing home. I painted it with flat black temperature resistant paint and rehung it with a couple of brackets.
Most importantly, the generators in the Winnebago Views/Navions are VERY LOUD, and this product helped noticeably.
