Easy ordering and said they were in stock but a slight delay in receiving the product but still received it in an acceptable amount of time. Customer service was very helpful when I called to inquire about the delay.

Product was exactly what we needed to repair our Fantastic-Vent fan for our Airstream. Only problem was that the picture online showed the wiring with female ends which was what we needed. But when we received the product the wiring had male ends which seems like a manufacturing problem itself and nothing to do with the vendor. Easily just cut and spliced the wires and used the ones from our old part so it all worked out.
