The tire leveler is designed to be used on single axle trailers only. Using it with Single tire locking chock 28020 provides added stability while leveling. Ratchet wrench,(included) turns the drive screw which elevates or lowers the tire lifting pads to the desired leveling positions.
Fits 13 inch, 14 inch and most 15 inch wheels.
